Refund policy


•    No cash refunds is offered.
•    Exchange without an invoice will not be entertained.
•    Products purchased during any seasonal discount shall be considered as final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
•    Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
•    In case of any manufacturing defect, a claim can be presented with an original invoice within 10 days from the date of purchase.
•    Since our products are over runs, so company reserves the right to either repair the product or offer a new one in exchange, if possible.
•    In case of a wrong item delivered or if the product is damaged in transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
•    In case of an exchange, the product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
•    Underwear / Briefs are not exchanged due to cleanliness concerns.
Important : Under unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities and strikes or protests, orders may  delay. We expect such delays are taken with patience and positive spirit.
